To get started on the body you desire follow these steps;
STEP ONE: Have a GOAL!
Write down what you want to achieve and make sure it is measurable.  Some examples of Goals include drop two dress sizes, tone up arms and back, reduce body fat percentage by 20%,  achieve a weight of 60 kilograms, improve overall fitness and strength or improve total wellbeing to name a few.
You may need help from a Personal Trainer with this to ensure your goals are specific, achievable and can be monitored throughout.  

STEP TWO: Develop a HABIT!

Your first two weeks will be more about developing a habit than achieving your goals. You should focus on simply sticking to your exercise times and a good healthy eating plan.  You should aim to exercise 4 times a week.  Find a training partner to work with or engage a Personal Trainer whose job it is to keep you motivated and committed.  Keep a food and drink diary, make time for your exercise by putting your workout times in your Diary (Outlook) and treat these as a daily priority.

STEP THREE: Make your program FUN!
