Pole Dancing lifts your fitness, energy levels and confidence and is great for shaping your body. It’s the latest craze in people’s attempt to mix up their fitness regime.
At V Club we find people who are authentic in their art and work with them to develop programs for our members. Pole Dancing classes and courses have been developed by program pioneer Miss Suzie Q, current NSW Pole Dancing Champion, Miss Nude Australia and winner of TV Erotic Star.
The classes are physical, skilful and playful and conducted in a private studio at V club.

How do I get started?
You will be allocated to your own Pole so you need to book in for a Class either in person at Reception or by calling 8088.8888.
What should I wear?
Wear short shorts and sleeveless tops if you can as it makes it easier to do tricks when you have skin to pole. Most members go barefoot but if you’d rather wear sports shoes than go ahead.
Each class provides a warm up, some strength and conditioning exercisers, then introduction of basic pole tricks and dance moves. You’ll finish with a spectacular Pole Dance routine then a nice warm down at the end.
Courses
We have created a number of Courses so you can advance your skills and tricks. These courses range from Beginner Level to Advanced Levels. These courses consist of 1 hour sessions once a week and go for 8 weeks each time. You will learn more Pole tricks and routines. If you want to see your tricks on the pole, your dance moves and your sexy confidence soar then this is the way to do it.
