A course for carers and sufferers of self sabotage, to inform people who are curious to know more about self sabotage behaviour such as: eating disorders, excessive exercise, alcohol and substance abuse, workaholism, abusive relationships etc..... How to understand where these issues come from and how to dig them out from the root in order to enjoy a more carefree life. |
